- Once booking is made with Rudra Travels – a voucher of booking containing the details provided by the user will be sent on email.
- It is mandatory to user to read the voucher carefully and highlight and update if any information is misspelt, wrongly mentioned or any details not matching to the booking and information back Rudra travel executive immediate basis.
- This voucher has to produce to the driver to avail the services, in absence of the voucher or not producing the voucher entitles the driver to refuse the services.
- On producing the voucher to driver, it implies that customer has read all the terms and conditions and agrees to them.
- A duty slip has to be dully filled the customers with sign on it. If this is not done – no dispute will be entertained if any.
- Air conditioners in car will not switched on hilly areas.
- Air conditioners will not be switched on while vehicle is standing or not in the motion, and customers will not request or ask driver to do so.
- The booked vehicle / car is subject to availability. In such a case customers will be provided with same segment alternate vehicle.
- Change in booking – allowed only if booking made in advance and 24hrs before the start of services.
- We provide 15 minutes waiting time without any charge from the time of scheduled pickup time. More than 15 minutes waiting charge will be chargeable and paid by customers.
- Rudra Travel cannot be hold responsible / accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the customer due to traffic jam or reasons beyond reasonable control of the driver or lapses on the part of the driver.
- Rudra Travel cannot be hold accountable for any loss, damage, physical injury etc suffered by the customer while availing its services.
- Rudra Travel cannot be hold responsible / accountable for any delay or loss to customers arises due to any unforeseen reasons, natural calamities, acts of gods, accidents, or any reasons.
- Any complaint regarding driver or vehicle, kindly contact the customer support team of Rudra travels on immediate basis.
